Excellent Niche site for sale with unlimited potential. Near 4:1 Earnings:Spend ratio

Description: An excellent niche site selling a single product via PayPal. The product has no cost, it is just information. The buyer gets an auto-generated login/pass combo upon completion of payment. Therefore, the site uses a custom script integrating PayPal's IPN (payment gateway). It works very well.

You've seen those "make money" websites with screenshots of multiple PayPal sales - this website actually does it!

Design: Cutom, 100% CSS, no tables.

Traffic: Mostly paid advertising, so it's up to you how much you spend.

Revenue: Between September 27th and October 21st, I spent $175 on advertising and made $645 (minus PayPal fees). This is almost a 4:1 ratio. I varied the selling price of the product from $3, $5 and $15. This came from about 120 sales. There were 3 refunds, due to login details which apparently were never received. Unfortunately there's no way to tell whether they were bluffing and ripped me off (because once you have the information, that's all you need).

Because of Paypal's fees, $15 I found to be the best price. I think I sold about 10 at $15.

Why haven't I continued with the site? I have been in debt for some time. The site is no use to me because I have no money to put in to it to generate profit.

For potential buyers: The best part about this site is, you rarely have to update anything. All that the buyers do is login after they've paid, read the information, and they are set for the purpose for which they came to the site. More than likely they will never come back unless they forgot something. The refund rate is very low as well. The market is very large. I will provide the advertising sources I used to get the visitors.

Winner will need to: Have a PayPal account to receive payments. Request a domain name transfer because my registrar doesn't have a "push" function. I will transfer the site to your server and make sure everything is running. You also have an option to just keep it where it is for a small monthly fee.

Note: Because this is a niche site, I reserve the right to be selective about who I distribute the URL to. I definitely do not want to risk anyone ripping the idea.

is there any other types of revenue because it's a niche site? eg amazon or adsense?

 

You probably don't want to give the visitors an "out" to somewhere else when you are trying to sell them your product. But you are free to add it yourself if you like.
