    SOIL offers two Post Graduate Programs in Leadership. The programs are comparable to regular two year full time MBA programs offered by business schools across the world:

    A select consortium of corporate firms who share SOIL's vision and ethos is invited to partner with SOIL to enhance mutual learning and standards in higher education. This network of accomplished professionals would help impart overall direction to curriculum design, participate in the admission process, review the quality of teaching, learning & industry Research and lead the placement process.      All Candidates applied need to undergo “Caliper” test which provide with insights into an individual's Leadership Profile including creative competency, emotional competency, Problem solving competency, influencing competency, etc. and to develop an objective perspective on an applicant's strengths and areas for development. The report of the test will be shared to every applicant for free (Otherwise this test costs around $200)


    ï‚§ Programme Highlights
    o Relevant high quality curriculum designed in partnership with academicians and industry, focused on organizational issues
    o Faculty hand picked from leading business schools across countries – Stanford, INSEAD, IIM, Indiana University etc and will be available in person to teach and mentor.
    o Faculty student ratio 1:15
    o Every student is assigned a Business Leader as a mentor
    o Individual Learning Program (ILP)
    o Live Case studies through theatre/role-plays

    Admission Procedure
    o The candidates must hold atleast a Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor degree by 30th May, 2009 can also apply. Candidates need to share the supporting documents and certificates before the start of the program.
    o Only Executives with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience apply for the Business Leadership Program.
    o Both fresh graduates and working professionals can apply for the Human Resources Leadership Program.
    o All candidates will be required to take the Caliper Profile Test

    Fee Structure
    o Human Resources Leadership program: 6.5 lakhs (INR)
    o Business Leadership program: 8 lakhs (INR)
    Service tax extra, if applicable.

    Loan Assistance
    o SOIL has tied up with HDFC Bank for Loan facility to the students. No collateral is required for a loan upto Rs. 7.5 lakhs with minimal processing fees.
