Yes i can really relate on this topic. I am starting gaining more weight because of lack of exercise and im a bit concern thats why im going to gym at least once a week. And also sometimes i dont have enough time for family and my girlfriend. But i am always telling them that if all of my hardwork started to pay... I will make up to them..
