Excellent Graphics Designer for Website Design Needed

I am looking for an above average graphics designer to help create a design concept for a client of mine. Please take a look at this website http://www.graphicd-signs.com/webgalleries/favorites/index.htm and check out the website portfolio of these guys. This is the type of designer I am looking for. If you can't design like these guys, do not bother contacting me.

If you are interested and have the skills needed for this project this is what I need from you:

1. Your portfolio of sites you've created or Illustrations that you've created
2. How much you would charge to do a Photoshop comp of the website. You will be given instructions later on the type of site I need created.
3. I may need several comps done so please provide a price for how much you charge for each comp.

I don't need any website HTML done...all I need is the Photoshop PSD.
