Excellent analytics

    I have installed Excellent analytic, however if I try to log in with my credentials , it prompts for Proxy details... what inputs are expected here ?

    Can any one guide me on this ?

    I can log in into Excellent Analytics , how ever if I click on “New Query.” The Excellent Analytics window dose not open then open.

    Can anybody advice if I need to do anything ?
