Can anyone please tell me how to modify an AdSense ad using html to get this effect?

The ad in the photo states, "Great portraits in 1 minute."

    Thanks.

you can't and don't modify adsense ads in anyway to change the appearance of the ads. the ad in your screenshot is basically a site target ad and that's why it shows that way ..

yea, no modifying adsense code, any part of it. need to modify what is around your ads to get it to blend, look good, have an effect or whatever.

google serves that ad so you can't really change it... and if you read the ToS, you are not allowed to change the code in anyway.

What on earth are you guys talking about? Its not a modified ad, it is a "targeted" ad, an advertiser has specifically targetted his ads to appear on that site and has paid $$$ for that.

sorry but why are targetted ads dangerous, What so if you make google lots of money they ban you? `err don't think that's the business model google is running to. This ad is simply working well with the sites content, get the keyword density right and any of us could do the same. Top result for the site designer. and will people STOP thinking google will ban you for making too much adsense income, this is just an internet myth perpetuated by people banned from adsense by taking part in things such as click sharing forums (and they do exist - but if you want to try one then you shouldn't be on this forum) - and yes you can't change the adsense code at all

if you place targeted ads, then lesser ads will be available to your site- just a thought

So you have to use the ad exactly in the same format as they give it to you?

No you can change the border colour, background colour, header, body text and url colours to blend them in with your site to improve click through. It's when you've chosen those and got the code from adsense that you are not then allowed to modify it e.g. such as modifying it into a pop-up
    Hope this helps
    Regards
    Dickie
P.S. Never paste the standard format ads, always blend them in with your site.
