I have a spreadsheet, its basically a client contact spreadsheet. The idea behind it is, i label each customer 1 to 4, depending on how often i should be contactting them. I want my spreadsheet to have the customers name, contact type (1-4), and date of last contact. Now this is the tricky bit. When i put in todays date, i want it to turn green meaning i have spoken to them recently. if they are in group 1, i want the green box to turn red after 7 days, if they are in group 2 i want it to turn red after 14 days, group 3 - 30 days and group 4 - 90 days. The groups will be assigned to them in a box next to the date of last contact, however the groups could change depending on how much business they place with me. Can this be done and if so how? Cheers
