Hello, it's the first time I created a facebook fan page linked to a multiuser website. Some of my members have liked the page and participate in the discussions tab (which acts as a forum for my site) I'd like to create a contest with the goal of making both my site and my fan page known more widely to new people. Do you have examples of successful contests being run via facebook pages? I'd like to duplicate the rules and the steps to launch this contest and manage it until the end date. Cheers, James

That's why I'd like to find contest rules which requires participant to advertize the contest to make a snowball effect.
Hi I'm currently running a contest on my facebook fan page here and I have already grabbed 7000 plus fans for this page. So you can replicate the same success for your fan page.

Of course, no answer from anilg or rosesmark, what a waste of time, and no one shows a contest page for a facebook fanpage, I wonder what's the use of this DP forum really. It's not like this is my only thread, I posted several about different topics and honestly in very few case do I get meaningful/useful answers. Too bad. Anyway, I still haven't ran any contest on my facebook fanpage, I'll do it in 2011 probably, but it doesn't look too exciting to me.
