Very useful information SemperFi thankyou for sharing that. There seems to be alot of pr7 sites that people are selling links on that look a bit farmy or dodgy, so its good to be aware of that tool you suggested. Keep up the good research.

and this is why i think that word cloud sites are useless even with pr, most are expired domains that the search engines probably havent been able to craw in weeks if not a month or 2. So its a waste of money i think.

The main problem with what you posted Leo is that Pages have PageRank (hence the word "page" in the name), whereas sites have pages in them that rank. For many reasons, ones that vary depending on the specific circumstances, one high PR page on a site does not necessarily mean all other pages hold value. In this instance it is a case of Google does not see the page.

Once Google does catch up with the problem and re-caches the homepage, then yes, it will most likely have some value. Problem is that could take months, and she's probably paying by the month, and you won't know what that value is for a while.

This sites hosted at Greenlush. (Not breaking any privacy policy as it doesnt take long to see Name Server: NS1.GREENLUSHWEBHOSTING.CO.UK
    Name Server: NS2.GREENLUSHWEBHOSTING.CO.UK)

Anyway :D Takes forever to load, is that the hosting its on do you think? That world class web hosting? hehe. No no, its accually on a budget UK server it seems, there not that good, the customer must have requested it, we have faster servers than that.

This is an old tred but just in case, I will answer this Q
You check links in yahoo because Y usually lists all BL versus google showing only a small sample of it. So just because link comand in G gives you only few low PR BL it does not mean that the PR of checked domain is fake.
BTW, quickest way of fishing out fake PR domain is comand info: in Google.
