    What is a good way to avoid it?301 redirect? 302?

    Content is the first thing. (duplicated content).

    Then, you should have different titles and meta descriptions on all of your pages.

    So as an example, using this thread
    at the bottom we have links: previous thread & next thread

    Let's say previous thread (showthread.php?t=70288&goto=nextoldest) actually links to thread id #3

    So now, you can access threadid via:
    showthread.php?t=70288&goto=nextoldest
    AND
    showthread.php?t=3

    Is this duplicate?

    The same content presented on two or more different urls is considered duplicate.

    Multiple pages with identical content is also considered duplicate content and can draw a penalty.
