Dear All ads are rotated on an equal basis throughout the network on each new query or refresh of page. So there is an equal playing field.

Depending on the number of queries and keywords sold- (no more than 30 listings are sold for each keyword) a person may be on top position every 10th query on each page of the 3 pages of results if category is sold out.
