I'm calling out to all you YouTube video experts that have already created YouTube videos! I need to know exactly how you do it because most people seem to be giving me vague answers.
Well, you need equipment, not really expensive, but a few extra dollars can really improve the quality. You also need an editing program to download your video, edit it and stuff, and upload to YouTube.
Windows media maker, and or camtasia studio. You can do a lot. You may need a camcorder too, but you can get something decent under $100
I think you may still be able to get camtasia 3 for free if you hurry. It is good for demonstrating products, recording powerpoint presentations etc.
I think you can also use a webcam. They are cheaper than camcorder/video camera. Isn't there a way to use a flash animation?
Windows Movie Maker will detect your video camera so you can shoot video and edit within the free application itself. You can also download Camtasia 5 free for 30 days and make as many video as you can. Getting your videos on YouTube is only 1/2 a tree in the forest... Assuming that your in this forum, my guess is that you want to try and monitze, your videos. Frank Bruno
This is a great way to promote your website on youtube, and it also builds trust on your website because people can actually hear you talking live about the subject. It puts a voice behind the website.
I use my cheap SONY Digital Camera, I say cheap because it's under $200 you can get some other brands for a lot less even, just get a digital camera that has a 'movie' mode. I shoot the movie, and it can be done in several sessions. Then I dump the movie(s) into the computer with the cameras software and cable provided. Next I edit the movie, using WINDOWS Movie Maker, I downloaded it free off the net. Movie Maker has a lot of free video options such as transactions, screen effects such as hue change, slow motion, fast motion, and many more effects. It even does great Titles and ending credits where you can place your url etc. I next upload it to YouTube.......
I use camtasia studio for all the screen capture stuff, It is pretty cool with some nice options. & I have my Sony Digicam for all my videos
