Exact URL when clicking on keyword

    I understand that if you click on the keyword that you see the exact URL (along with the nearby results). This doesn't work when I do it--I have tried Explorer and Firefox and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    Do you see any window? Are you blocking pop-up windows? Have you turned on the option to show surrounding results under settings?

    I didn't realize that the Firefox browser was blocking popups. I allowed popups for this site and it works fine. Thanks.
