exact searches and low competition..are they really worth?

have some good domains with 30-100 k exact searches..and they have low competition.
wonder what to do with them..park to see whether they have traffic or develop..or just to try to sell it?

 

Throw up a quick article optimized for the keyword son Hubpages, and you can see where HubPages ranks, if they rank in top 20 after 2 weeks from doing nothing then competition is very low and are easy pickings.

Then take the domains with low competition and make 5 page mini-sites of high quality promoting relevant affiliate offers.

For the remaining domains throw up one page, let it age for 3-6 months, build a small amount of links, and then flip the domain on Flippa.

Depends on your definition of low competition.

The hubpage trick is very quick and easy to get a real sense for competition, as the only true way to know is often to try and rank for it.

 

I think that you should point them to landing pages where you can monetarize the traffic.
