Exact Match with lots of Keywords or Phrase match?

Hello everyone. I am working on an adwords project for my school with a budget of $200. We are advertising for a wine store and I have many multiword keywords for my business example, "Chardonnay Natick Ma". Considering that we have a limited budget and that exact match gives better quality ratings and ctr should I make alot of keywords as exact match for each of the iterations of the phrase like have [Chardonnay Natick Ma], [Chardonnay Ma Natick], [Natick Chardonnay Ma], and every other iteration of those words? Or should I just use phrase match. I am thinking that while there are alot more exact match keywords the quality of the clicks would be better with the exact? Essentially I just was wondering if the effort of going through and making a ton of exact match keywords was worth it?

If it's that targeted to a local area then you shouldn't have a problem.. I would use all 3 options.. Also consider you wont have much that competition so your click cost will be much lower.. What's your time frame on the project?

Sure that extra bit of effort could be worth it, good to be open to all options.. Even misspellings, full location text/zipCodes/abbreviations.

I would wait on a bit more experienced forum member to get back with you.. I am just testing the waters with PPC campaigns..

    Good luck.

Do you have any database skills?

Personally I find that SQL Server is my friend for building phrase/exact keywords, etc. (although MS Access works just as well).

Or, in Adwords Editor there is a keyword list multiplier which could help you :p

there is no need to alter the keyword phrase, means [Chardonnay Natick Ma], [Chardonnay Ma Natick] are same
