Exact Match Domains...not Getting Down-ranked For All Terms It Seems.

It's pretty common knowledge that since october last year a number of keyword rich domains/exact match domains (EMDs) have taken a pasting in the rankings, generally there are plenty of junk sites/blogs getting rightfully removed as they offered little in the way of relevance and content to do with their targeted keywords.

But I've just been checking the rankings for one of my sites and it's dropped by 20-odd places. No activity for those keywords so when i searched in google there was an exact match domain dominating the majority of the first and second pages, then my site (that had previously been around 3 or 4 for this term).

Now this has only happened this month, so I'd have expected google to at the very least limited it to one search result for this site, not 12 of them in a row!

Yahoo and Bing show me at the same place, just Google has gone crazy. Anyone else noticed this with their sites too?

I have 2 exact match website, that used to rank good on Google. Both of the website got penalized and still those websites not recovered from google penalty. But still some few keywords are ranking from which I am getting traffic.
