    $1+ Avg CPC value per keyword!

    Low competition keywords (Easy to rank first page) Must have knowledge on easy rankable keywords. 100,000 pages low competition.

    Must have exact match domain available .Com - .Org - .Net

    No seasonal keywords

    Monetizable keywords     via adsense

    No brand name keywords.

    Long term researcher wanted.

    I believe keywords that meet your criteria are hardly to find, especially with 100k page competition.
