    This is a website that I have had for over a year, but never really did anything with adding content. I recently added content and some amazon products and the site is now on page 1 of Yahoo and Bing for the keyword phrase, "churchwarden pipe." This is a keyword with very little competition. The keyword phrase, "churchwarden pipe" gets 3600 searches each month on google, so this is great untapped niche.

    The site is showing Amazon products but you could also add other related affiliate programs or products. I don't have Adsense on the site but this would be another great way to add another income stream to the website.

    I will push the domain for free to your namecheap account.

    As a bonus I will host the website for free for one year on my reseller hosting account. You will get the username and password and will have full control of the site. I will just host it for you for free.
