If your using [exact] match on all keywords is there a need to list negative keywords? Thanks! ____________________________-- www.monetlingerie.com
You know all the keywords that convert? The answer to your question is no, you will only get hits from exactly what your keywords are, but unless you have been working these keywords for 10 years, Its surprising that you don;t use any phrase or broad. Good luck -Patz
I think this is a good tip...people looking for free stuff obviously aren't going to want to buy anything.
Here's your answer straight from the horse's mouth: Exact Match - If you surround your keywords in brackets - such as [tennis shoes] - your ad would be eligible to appear when a user searches for the specific phrase tennis shoes, in this order, and without any other terms in the query. For example, your ad wouldn't show for the query red tennis shoes or tennis shoe. Exact match is the most targeted option. Although you won't receive as many impressions with exact match, you'll likely enjoy the most targeted clicks - users searching for your exact keyword typically want precisely what your business has to offer.
no, you don't need negatives at this point because you know exactly what keywords you are showing up for. Negatives are for broad matches and phrase matches only
