    Looking to raise some funds so I need to sell this website. The great thing about this website is that about half of the traffic comes from long tail keywords.

    - Exact match keyword domain
    - 14 Pages of Unique Content
    - Main keyword gets 1600 searches monthly
    - Gets some traffic. See screenshot for 2012 Referral Stats
    - Page 1 of Google. It seems to move around a lot so some link building might help solidify it.
    - Haven't put my ads on this site so no revenue stats
