I have 280 pages in my website

My questions are: 1) can I target one keyword for each page

    2) How much density I need to maintain for each keyword

    Please give your valuable solutions

    1) Yes, you should target at least 1 keyword per page
    2) don't stress about keyword density, IMHO keyword density should be anywhere from 3-9% without keyword stuffing.

A more effective way to get visitors and good listings is to a) do unique quality content around your keyword, content that is actually useful and people want to read; and b) get links to those pages using the keywords you are trying to target as the anchor text.

Again, don't stress on keyword density.

I agree with SCLocal. Don't stress it. Like she stated, write unique quality content and just build it around a few keywords you are trying to rank for. Remember to use bold, italic, and h1's in your articles.

keyword density is not a factor in rankings, keyword density is so 1999.. don't worry about it, worry about writing for your users not for the search engines.
