Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you used exact-hosting... I followed a link to them in someone's sig, can't remember whos, payed 1.99 for the first month...and BAM their site stops loading, my CPanel only loaded once, and my FTP account never worked. This is my first hosting purchase ,and I am rather annoyed at this. I was wondering if anyone else has used them, and if they are currently experiencing the same problems...

I cannot access their website to do a support ticket. I tried emailing them, nothing. So I just opened a dispute in PayPal hoping they would at least contact me, and still nothing.

    wait a min.

I just check the site and they installed flash website on their site. (before normal "coded" site. so browsers friendly)
Maybe your browser cant view the flash because I can access their site just now.

And also via their flash menu:
    Support ticket: http://exact-hosting.com/livehelp/module.php?module=HelpCenter

Also considering 1 of their servers's down, they may be busy troubleshooting it and no time for support
(if small company) and it may take up to 24 hours or worst 48 hours for ticket reply.

I was viewing the flash website before, but now I can't I think they just have you buy hosting and then block your IP, an easy thing for scammers to do. I'll just sit tight and see how it goes. Thanks for your input.

Yeah, works fine with a proxy. From what it sounds like, the owner is a scammer, I'll escalate my dispute to a claim if I don't hear back within 24 hours.

Hmm, I don't think you've been scammed... Try submitting a ticket and they should reply.

Is zerocapacity the owner then? And I did read exacthost's response, but I don't want to go over the reseller's head just yet.

yes I am the owner and I do not know what you speak up. I have received no emails from you. When did you sign up? I have not blocked anyone. zacdavis if you are having problems contact me here via pm. I normally do not do tech support through here but I will this time since you are having problems with the site. I do not scam anyone and I have my own servers. I am really sick of this crap with exacthost.

The Mods are watching and so am I. zacdavis contact me and we will resolve this.

    Okay, thanks for posting here.

EDIT: I have talked with ZeroCapacity and he refunded my money, as the problem lies with my ISP. To clarify, ZeroCapacity is a very friendly person and is certainly not a scammer. I apologize for accusing him as such.
