Concept has been tried before but this site looks like the winner.

 

Great site concept. I hope they will become successful and have useful videos.

 

A nice design and a nice concept. A little strange thought that they were allowed to create a site like this as former google employees. In the company i work in i am not allowed to start business that compete against my former employee within a certain time (1 year in most cases).
