    hi
    some of you know this site which is about 1.5 year old honestly i like everything about this website design,forum,webmaster tools..but i have debt's topay and i have to sell that unfortunately
    site used to generate 2k per month from banners and MTAS script which belongs to it but after problems ipower caused and server change which made website be offline for about 45 days i lost lots of traffic and revenue now revenue is very low
    traffic about 400-500 daily and i have paid a very high traffic website to promote it in next week
    offers starting at 2000$ and BIN 3500$

    45 days of downtime? How were you able to achieve this?

    I think your asking price is high, please justify.

    Also please PM your asking price for the domains in your signature and any others if you have.

    asking too high for no pr site and also the downtime means losing trust.

    the problem was from the worst registrar of the world:ipower
    i renew domain 1month before expiration someday when i came to check my site i saw my domain gone and domain is in redemption period after tough efforts i could redeem my domain and transfer it to my favorite registrar dd24 and i moved data to my private vps
    domain has always pagerank above 4 and i am sure pagerank would return to its right position
    now site and domain are in safe positions and traffic is coming back!
    if i could not find a buyer in my asking price within one week i'll close this thread i cant sell lower than that

    haha I remember when I started this site soo long ago. One of my first projects ever.

    You might want to include some backend coding info. That's where most of the value is :). Good luck with your sale.

    yes donny i forgot to say that site owns a script:"MTAS 2"train adder for myspace
    i had 1-2 scripts sales
    traffic is mainly from members or those who use webmaster tools such as dmoz check,link popularity tool,..etc screenshot of wenalizer is avail for those who are interested
