    The Bush administration ignoring evidence? Say it ain't so!

    Ha..the U.S found his innocence proven. I'm so glad necons changed it to guilty until innocent. Makes me feel so much safer.

    This has happened to innocent citizens in the US. Wasn't there a doctor they implicated with the Madrid bombings because of a stupid intelligence screwup?

    I am not for how these situations have played out, how the administration has IMHO abused it's power. However there is a difference from a citizen's rights 'innocent until proven guilty' compared to that of a non citizen captured during war, hostile actions, etc.
