Everything exactly like google (Why doesnt google do anything? about this)

Yeah comparing copying a website to google to forums using an opensource script to look the same is not reasonable.

You can't copy another website and make a duplicate of it, unless you have permission to do so.

 

I guess you owe shamess $100 both sites have been taken offline..

 

I think those sites were owned by some DP member who was constantly on a lookout if there can be a legal issue. Once he knew that yes, it can be possibble, he took his site off.

lol those sites are turkish and if yo know Turkish yo can see its not a google clone,its a funny site thats all

Slackware there is a search engine on goggola using google api... Please look better..

 

Mate i can speak Turkish,there is no search engine and no google api there.Try to search something.That site is %100 legal.

the only thing they did wrong is ;

If you click the footer link n go to the website (i dont wnt to link), on that website i can see a " adsense" word (used with goggala),adsense is a trademark.Thats the problem

 

Slackware ..if your Turkish , then you must know better then me how - to trace their search being done..

They using over based google..

They have changed all the fonts etcs names with a bit of change in design on the adsense part which is a another thing .

You think they are 100% legal ? I dont think so , I have allready read people posting on the groups.google.com Adsense team. About this situation.

They have stolen all the Myspace.com everything even they didnt change the logo.

Mate first if yo know photoshop , its not google's font (Look first G).And its not google's design.First one button is make this my homepage (well i feel lucky button) and that site isnt a search engine.That site is totally useless and stupid thats all.Google will not even mail them (so useless ) But of course as i said, on about page it says adsense and adwords.Thats a legal problem and if this situation becomes bigger and bigger of course it ll be a problem.

I allready talked with Murat the ISP owner , He said yes we had issues with them, then said nothing later on .. Never talked afterwords..

Using a default skin is a far cry from infringing on a trademarked design. So different, it's illegal.
