    http://www.goggala.com/

These scammers are using google api's and database , they are using the exact same advertisment system like google is . And they are not new 2-3 months old does anyone have a document about them.

The same owner of this site opened a myspace site
    http://www.mytarz.com

Microsoft is going to punnish them i guess ?

What do you think about this i cant believe my eyes..

Yeh, looks cool. However if you search for some keyword let's say "digitalpoint" The results are easily gonna be 100+ But what this site forgot was adding a next button. Unlike google if after 10 results are displayed, there is no way you can see the next 10. The number doesn't work, neither the next button. They need some more info from google i guess :p

There's nothing wrong with that at all. Just having a websitet that looks like another isn't illegal or anything, think of how many phpBB and vB forums come with the same layout - everyone would be sueing everyone. And Google release their APIs so people can do things like this.

You have a good point there shamess. But having a similar name like google, and then having a same layout, aren't they trying to be Googlic?????

Wait a minute. There is something very fishy in here.

Goggala looks to be an exact copy of google.com

mytarz looks to be an exact copy of myspace.com

Mytarz has goggala logo in there. It is a deliberate attempt to make it look like it. This is wrong.....

What're they coming next with....MSN or Tahoo! or Blogshpot??? :D

phpBB is open source and being freely distributed. How can that be compared to a public company?

I still dont understand your arguement. There selling software with a default template. Of course many sites would look the same.

What I'm saying is, you can hardly copyright a layout. Thousands of search engines have the same layout as Google, namely because that's the only layout that there really is for them. Lots of websites have a similar logo to Google, but that's just because rainbow colours are popular.

No use discussing about those two companies to we can't do anything. If anything is to be done, the google will. Why worry ;)
