I am amazed and astonished. The past few days I have been trying to find a firm to re-do our website and add SEO from the beginning. I just, for the third time, was unable to contact a company because their "Contact us" form was broken. 500 internal server error, wrong captcha (but I typed it right) and some other error. Of course, to avoid spam, no other email address is listed on the contact page. Only the form. I just can't believe it - here I am, with money to spend, and I can't even get a quote from a web marketer because the most basic item of Ecommerce, the contact form, is broken. This includes some of the people who post here. Go and test your own form right now. If you can't even get this right, how can I trust you? Oh well, I suppose it's a cheap way to find out that the company you're dealing with is incompetent. Better than finding out after $$$ spent.
