I like your blog. You have useful information on there. I especially liked the Short cut list for MS office.
You should give at least some more info on what make you say this. Why is it old looking according to you, what do you suggest to change, etc.
Nice posts but you can do something about the design. it looks to boring and homemade, specially the banner and logo.
I think capitalizing on a new header would benefit you. Maybe even having an html site and not wordpress would visually look better.
The layout and design is not bad but I think you should change the colors of the adsense ad in the right column to blend it in with the theme of the site.

I did some rework on the header to make it more Web 2.0 - logo went from 2D to 3D - blog name in shiny font instead of plain white - modern looking RSS subscription area on the header - some other minor tweaks Please tell me what you think of the redesign. Next thing on my to-do list is some rework on the sidebar.
