Every time the same error: unable to connect to api

Every time I try to start Keyword Tracker to check my website keyword rankings (I repeat it every day since I have subscribed to Keyword Tracker - since last Friday I guess) I get the same error:

The same error is in case with Yahoo! and MSN. Does anyone have any ideas about the nature of this?

Do you have a valid API Key?

 

I guess they are valid: I have got API keys last week. They can't be both invalid.

Do you happen to know the way to check if the key is valid?

 

Try it in a different tool that uses the API.

 

Nothing comes to my mind. Could you mention some tools using API's?
