So I went to vote on a thread I hated and was going to try to demote the 5 stars with a 1 star vote, it says I already voted? I don't think so, I have hardly used this feature. So I go to another one to see if it would work, same thing. Another... same. Everyone that had stars were voted on by me already? NOT. Either my account got hacked, I accidentally voted on these or there is something wrong with the voting system. Weird. Edit. I see this got an automatic 5 star rating and I didn't click it.
I was able to give this thread 5 stars so I guess mine works. Actually, upon checking I can only vote in threads that have no star ranking yet. Everyone that already has a ranking says I already voted too. Hmm
Maybe it is just a problem with the system only letting one person vote then. I thought it was strange that I voted on threads I had no recollection of doing so.
Its a system problem. Getting this 'You have already rated this thread' while I try to vote on this thread.

As others have noted, this is a known error and there are already threads about it. It's a VB issue and not just DP. Hopefully they'll have it fixed when the next version is released.
