it is better to hurt someone sentiment rather than to see someone get scammed and lost money. It will be more hurtful not for that person only but for DP reputation as well.
well I totally have no idea whether this is practicable or not because most of people that ask for loan here (beggar) have no dignity. They don't give a damn what people think or said about them as long as they can get the money.
Why would you even bother to lend someone 1 cent to start with ? I mean I wouldn't even waste my time on that.

Now thats classic DP! Anyhow, I think we need to just tell ourselfs that we will have to accept the fact that their are people who beg and we cant just ignore them as I am sure some of them will pay back with no problems. Its hard to say but ohwell right?
I believe people who have zero dignity, Those only ask for loan publicly. And offcourse DP is a public space.
sometime loan is not bad but I will only giving loan to old and reliable member not a new sign up one though.
