    Excellent list, thanks for sharing. Another technique that I didn't see mentioned is creating quality .pdf files with your link embedded in it and then uploading it to various databases. Some are even hosted on .edu or .gov sites.

    I think the objective is to get backlinks and not give them away for sexual favours but I guess it works both ways :D
