Ever since i got a custom domain for blogger

    I got a custom domain for my blogspot and recently problems arising when i notice i had 404 missing post on my blog and also a couple other errors, i could not retrieve any backlinks through google though yahoo and msn have my backlinks.

    How does this happen, and can it be solved?

    Stop using blogger and setup your own word press blog and have a lot more control over it. Many web hosts will host a Word Press blog for a few bucks a month.

    Sound advice but that doesn't solve his problem.
    Did you set up the nameserver right?
    Post here on your domain nameserver setting.
