Has anyone Ever Reported a Website for Violating Adsense TOS?

There is this website in question that has nothing but racism, slander and blasphemy on there ( Had a run in with this webmaster since he started spamming our forums)

So now he has adsense on all the pages of his website surely this must be a TOS violation?

I reported him Twice but nothing has been done

so my point is are they really efficient in handling complains or importantly do thy do anything at all?

    .... true :p

If it's racist, hate, inappropriate content, I would report to google about it (havne't encountered one yet). But if it's just simply illegal ad placements, then I don't even bother... google would catch them eventually but they can be pretty slow about it. (I wouldn't blame them considering the # of adsense sites out there!)

Whoever told you that was speaking bollocks. You can use any contextual advertising service you like in Blogger. You can now use a combination of services too, as long as the non-AdSense and AdSense ads don't look confusingly similar to your visitors.

I see it as my duty to advertisers to report flagrant breaches of the TOS. I wouldn't report someone for a minor violation like image alignment but I would if I saw a flashing arrow with the words 'click me' pointing at the ads.

You should get an automated response if you send them an email, but if you report the site by clicking on the 'Ads by Goooogle' link on the ad it self you don't hear anything back.

read their publisher TOS. That definitely seems against it.
