i can't imagine that there is going to be too much follow through on that. i think the arguemtn that you'r ean independent contractor at best, and tehrefore wouldn't need to collect tax, is just as viable.
you're most likely right ... hopefully this fades into oblivion, but it does give affiliates the opportunity to let their voice be heard
Wow, what a silly tax. But if the nation is getting $1 trillion a year in debt and continue with the private fed model, they have to get funds from somewhere right? Most of the money made will be wasted anyway.
