doubt LOL. Yea well like I said. I hold overall judgement. When someone believes so strongly in something it is hard for them to give up on it. No matter what the right thing to do is.

If you want to do well online, then make your site for your visits and not just for good revenue from Adsense. If you fool Adsense just to get high bidded keywords then the ads are more likely to be untargeted anyway meaning a lower CTR and your visitors not being so interested in the content of your site.

This is kind of like a kid who's parents insist that he study to be a doctor when he would very much like to be a lawyer instead, and twisting him by the arm to do so, and then pity themselves when their bright kid does miserably poor.

makeaprofit, do you by chance happen to hail from Singapore? Sorry if you don't, but your thinking sure feels like it...

I think you mixed up OS with Office package, and yes Google Operating Platform is no dream now ;),. You'll be downloading it from Google.com for free maybe later this year, or may be storing it on your GDrive :D
and I think instead of releasing there own Office package google will like to partner the guys who make OpenOffice package :), cant guess the name tho, GooOpen :p

Uh-oh. I posted the same question two weeks ago about if something similar is a TOS violation, and I was told it was not ... just that it's not effective (since they're not ads relevant to the content of your page).

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=63894

I have a high-traffic forum, and wanted to display ads to my users that pay more per click. I'm trying to find something that might be interesting to my audience demographic, but isn't exactly relevant to my content. So I placed at the bottom of each forum page several sentences about a topic, and it has worked in displaying ads relevant to that new topic when Google doesn't find something else.

I'm not interested in doing ANYTHING against the TOS and I will cease doing this immediately if that's the case, but I've had very good results with it.

:D really? could you have duplicated something or accidentaly do some mistakes?? by the way.. I am also new to adsense (start 2006) though it has been conceived in 2003..

    My own questions are:

    1. What is "Symptom" of getting banned by google. Let say, some one make a "foul play" ?

    2. Is there some early warning email for getting banned or at least some notice given?

My apologize if there is already threads or posts for this is existed.

there's no symptoms. there's just Death in the form of an email.
it depends what your violation is. If it's click-fraud, no warning. if it's placement problems, G will ask you to comply with their guidelines.
