    yes. seaweeds are good and healthy. I love to eat that with a little seasonings. and fresh tomatoes.. yummy! but I haven't tried the dried one... :)

    I love seaweed. It seems that all of the minerals required by human beings, including calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, iron, and zinc are present in sufficient amounts of seaweed. :)

    I never seen it offered in a restaurant...
