yes. seaweeds are good and healthy. I love to eat that with a little seasonings. and fresh tomatoes.. yummy! but I haven't tried the dried one...
I love seaweed. It seems that all of the minerals required by human beings, including calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, iron, and zinc are present in sufficient amounts of seaweed.
I've never tasted it... What does it taste like ?? Is it soft or crunchy ?? How does one prepare it... I never seen it offered in a restaurant... nor would I even know where to get it... do you ?? I am in Ohio - USA ~DomainBELL (Patricia)
