Ever have any close calls where you could have died? I've almost drowned several times. I'm not a strong swimmer and tire easily. Once I was hanging onto a floating log as a kid that started tumbling in the surf. The water was too deep to step off and I couldn't swim too well.. my sister finally managed to grab me. Boy, was I waterlogged! Another time, I stepped off a drop off while fishing in what I thought was shallow water! Almost drowned swimming out to retrieve something that we'd thrown off our dock.. got mired in the weeds and quickly tired out. Luckily my brother was nearby with the rowboat! Yup, its happened to me, I was once driving my car, tried over taking a car front since he was driving slow. I did a mistake I moved my steering too fast towards the left and then back right so I complete my ovetake. Suddenly a car started shaking. Engine temperature went up, car moved nonstop like a snake, left-right-left-right and I was @ 110 kmph. I hit the breaks on time, else I would have killed, bikers in my left and cars in my right tracks and myself. My friend next to me almost had a heart attack. Apart from that there have been incidents like drowning etc, but the above one was the most horrifying.
My friend was driving his new car and acting like a knobhead. Anyway he went right through a horizontal road and we missed by a second or two at most getting ploughed side on i would have been dead no doubt
I've cheated death thrice. XD 1. Accident 2. Accident 3. ....Accident? And ol' Grim is still after me.
My Pop has actually been hit my lightning twice. It does my head in that someone could be that unlucky!
I've had numerous near-death experiences....Drowning, getting hit by a car, weightlifting (bench pressing without a spotter), a couple car accidents, and some others.
Maybe I call it as Near Death Experience. I don't have any experience in cheating DEATH coz I don't like dealing with HIM Anyway in my case I had several Near Death Experience. I almost died because of a 3 platelets Dengue fever when I was 9 years old. A rapture appendicitis almost killed me too. And my last motor crash, had cracked my skull and almost killed me too. Well maybe an active kid like me before will always be in the danger zone.
