Swimming can be really good if other forms of exercise is not available. Then again, being able to get into a pool and use a lot of your muscles is a very good utilization of time deployed for exercise.
well said gotkloud, it also same when other exercise avaialable, u can do it after any exsercise for refreshing and more fitness
I agree that swimming is a great sport but I don't think its the best sport however I have bad knees and swimming has helped me so much.
100% agreed with you, swimming is the best sport for fitness because all your muscles involve in swimming...
swimming is best sports for fitness but many other sports are give us to control our fitness.I think all types of sports are valuable for fitness.
swimming is great, all the muscles work while you swim and it's a lot fun. I'm not a great sports guy but I try to be in good shape. Cycling is another important way to be in good shape.
There is no doubt that swimming is one of the best thing one can do to stay fit but I guess you cannot do it the whole year especially in winters as many people would not afford to go to such swimming pool so what are the alternates, probably the running and cycling.
