I was questioned by police when I was about 15 for 'loitering' at Croydon station, but that's about as far as my run ins with the law go.
Nopes ! I don't do that type of things which would make me go into jail. I have got a clean record. - Digital -
I got into a major fight with my brother (older) a long time ago, back in the 80's. Kind of forgot some of the night since we were pretty drunk but I remember he kept calling me a "punk" and he knew I hated that term...yeah he was just busting my balls, but I couldn't tolerate it anymore. So, I said..."say it one more ****ing time I dare ya!" ...then he was like "ahhh go on ya ****ing punk!" That was it! Fists flew, dishes flew, the refrigerator flew, cupboard doors were off, toasters were being tossed around like hot potatoes, chairs were weapons, anything was fair game. We busted each other up to the point where we had no anger at each other any more, it was just....damn, but I edged him. Result of that night...? Spent the night in the drunk tank, next to who...? My brother. We pretty much laughed it off afterwards. Went back home, everything was fine after cleaning up and filling a hole in the wall, etc. Except one thing....when I started moving stuff around (as I was moving to a new place) a few months later, I discovered unthawed porkchops stuck under the couch!!! Other than that, I have not been locked up. I know a few people that are, I even have a brother that is doing life right now (large family) but I'm a lover, not a fighter, unless you're my brother. Edit: I parked in the handicapped parking at an alcohol store on my birthday and got a $300 ticket, rebellious.
Ohh yah, other part of the story (didn't want it to get too long)... One of our mutual friends was there. We weren't really close friends, he was kind of a little slow in the head, but it was a small town so everyone was on good terms with each other. He tried to stop me from beating on my brother because he was getting bloody at that point, he was trying to play ref...well lets just say he can't handle a punch. Just one shot and he went down. He ran out the door after picking up his remains (lol) and I'm pretty sure he called the cops, even though it was a "neighbour" that called because we got too rowdy...
Been questioned twice for driving beyond speed limit with blasting music ON at the middle of the nite. That's about it
Yeah, cops are annoying and persistent. I mean, sure they are just doing their job but sometimes they just go out of their way to give you a hard time, even if you haven't done anything. I used to get up early (4am) to go to the gym before work...I would walk there so between 4:30 and 5:00 in the morning I was walking downtown. Obviously they pulled me over 2-4 times each time I did the walk...but that wasn't my problem. Name, age, address, blah blah blah, show ID, where are you going, what are you doing out this late (early), show me your hands, take your hands out of your pockets now, whats in your bag (gym backpack), show me whats in your bag, no just pass me it I'll look, alright uhh clothes, well empty your pockets, is that blood on your hands, you know there was a guy robbing people around here that fits your description (ohh yah officer, what was his description? ...ohh about 5'10, wearing jeans, and a dark hoodie with the hood up [this being in the winter, lol] ...late 30's early 40's, mind telling me where you were last friday sir?) ...do you have any weapons on you, any needles, anything you want to tell me, alright whats your name again, address, uh huh, date of birth, alright (*writes info down on notebook*) ..."can I go now officer" ...uhh just one minute (*calls in to look me up to confirm I don't got warrants or whatever*) ...no response from whoever he called, yeah you can go just uhh don't be out this early, its not safe. Thanks officer, have a good day, "yeh whatever" ....ten minutes later, different patrol car....."officer I just got pulled over by a different car back at -xxx- five minutes ago..." yeah, show me your hands, what are you doing here where are you going? "officer I'm not going anywhere, I'm sitting down, enjoying a smoke, waiting for the gym to open (at 5am, it was like 4:55), alright well uhh don't put your hands in your pockets when your talking to cops, we'll shoot you, cya. -- End of meaningless rant --
^^ Lol, If being Questioned counts then yeah I have been Questioned. I had a pistol on me and forgot the license at home. Let me off as I had my ID card (of the shooting range)
Is that for real ? It would really require a lot of guts for the cops to say anything like over here.
Well obviously I was using a bit of sarcasm during that spam of text. What he said (not an exact quote but close to it) was like this... I was sitting near the door where there was like a bench built to the wall sort of, and he was driving up the street then saw me and stopped and called me over to talk to him. When I got up, I started walking and casually put my hands in my pockets by habit, since it was cold out and all...he immediately said for me to take my hands out of my pockets, and when the conversation was over (because he had nothing to nag me about) he said something like this: "Just, uhh, whenever a cop pulls you over don't keep your hands in your pockets cause its a sign you got a weapon and he might pull his gun on you" Edit: Yeah, I understand that having your hands in your pockets could mean you have a weapon on you, and I understand cops care about their safety more than yours. Heck, they could just tazer me on sight, they do it all the time anyways.
arms license! for what? Who are you scared of unless you are millionaire or hold a sensitive official position.
Well seriously, just look up all the people that died from taser abuse by cops...and a lot of the time the victim didn't even provoke them! They just use the taser for no reason...well maybe there is a reason, they are still upset they had to get tasered themselves in order to carry one. From now on if I suspect a possible police encounter in public I will wear this shirt:
I was a professional bull rider for several years so yeah... I've been to jail lol. Stupid reason though, I was 20 and the guy I was riding with was a little older so we went to a bar after a rodeo one night and he passed me back his id, I waited a while, then went in using his id. We had done this time after time after time and it always worked, but for some reason that night the lady taking the ids caught us and the bouncers held me there and the others went in and found my buddy. Now you would think it would b a simple slap on the wrist, but noooo, a cop showed up and threw us both in jail lol. They wanted $100 from each of us to let us out but I didn't have that much cash and his credit card wouldn't work so we sat there, this was on a Friday and they were telling us we would have to sit there until court on Monday lol. Well luckily the other guy that was riding with us figured out we were in jail and he came and bailed us out, drunk off his ass I might add. I also laid a guy out in a casino one night but didn't exactly go to jail, just had to sit in the department of criminal investigations office in the casino for a while lol. The guy accused me of hitting on his girlfriend and wouldn't let it go so I cracked him in the jaw and he fell backwards flat on his ass lol. Obviously it only took less than a second for the security guys to be on me once I laid him out being in a casino and all lol.
