I have like $160 on an unverified account and just wondering what my chances are paypal is going to end up stealing it before I even verify it with a bank account to make my first withdrawal. I heard they are calling ppl now after you get any kind of money in an account.

If your making your first withdrawal, THEY WILL limit you within 10 minutes, because they have started to wise up and are taking extra steps to prevent fraud. Once you get limited, they'll ask you for i.d. and even your ss# so make sure the account is in your name.

They haven't limited it yet, because they see you haven't requested any money. But as soon as you get verified and you try to make a withdrawal, paypal will see your request and will realize that you are new and will immediately cancel it and freeze your account. that's why whenever you try to withdrawal it will say pending, because paypal checks them all very closely before allowing it to be completed/

That's what I'm thinking. Of course I have a way around this since I don't care about keeping the paypal account after I get my money. As long as they don't limit me before I get the account verified I should be ok. It's crazy what they're doing now.
