Event Ticket website design needed

I am looking for someone to help me out with two pages for my event tickets website. I need a main page and a sub page. The subpage i will be duplicating on my own for every sub page I use.

What I am looking for on the main page:

3 columns. One main and 2 sidebars
A graphically attractive header
A section below header when I can add 4 pictures in and have them rotate(look at ticketnetwork.com)
A section at the bottom of the main section that I can add in a RSS news feed.

subpage:

same as front page other than the rotating pictures( just need one on this page)


I am just looking for design and for it to be coded. I will add all content.
