Event filter Help please

    Hi Guys,

    I am new to google analytics yet loving it.
    I just have a question with custom report (I presume I am having to use them)

    I need to see the pages visited before a specific event happens. What is the best way to do this? Is it Custom reports? I have just tried to use custom reports and got no data so clearly not doing something right. Any help on what metric, dimension, and filter to use would be great.

    In essence, is it possible to see page views that occurred before the event?

    You have to create a Custom Report and do the following:

    In the Metric Groups you want two different metrics:

    Total Events and Pageviews
    In the Dimension Drilldowns you want to select "Page".
    And hopefully that should give you what you want.
