Hi there! I hope this got in to the right place. I'm just wondering if anyone had the same experience. I got this from PayPal a few days ago: Has anyone else received this? Did you provide the required information (drivers license, id, etc)? And how did it work for you? I don't want to get in trouble or anything, so I'm just asking what the rest of you have done...
Log into your account. This will bring you to the Resolution Center, if not, go to the Resolution Center. It will list all the documents they require. Most of the time, they will ask for a Government Issued Photo ID and a Utility Bill which shows your name and address.
I am having the same problem, and its been 20 days for my account that it is limited, although i make call to their customer center daily. And subbmitted my original documents, but still waiting for their response. They will also ask you some business details. So submitt all the documents, the documents they require are, Your Photo,Your I.D card, Utiltiy Bill, Credit card statment,Health insurance, But don't worry their customer center representative told me that two of the documents are enough like health insurance and telephone bill, also if you upload you I.D card copy. If you feel any problem then PM me. I am very much thankful to EDDY that he guided me for all the steps. Thanks
I submitted my documents on April 5 so there are 2 files under Submitted Documents. However it still says under the Status "Waiting for your response". Did that happen to you as well? Should I wait longer or just contact them right away?
One of my friend is facing the same problem. And as mentionoed by SAM07, my friend is also in the same trouble, paypal says that your documents are in french so we have sent them to our translators and whe make call to them , they say your documents are under process. Reallly he is in big trouble. And more then 20 days passed to his account and still its limited.Amazing. I will suggest just pick the phone and dial it 24 hours a day to paypal, only then they will solve your problem otherwise i don't think so.
im waiting for 4 1/2 months now. Last time I called they told me I actually have to reach the $3300 limit and then they will take a look at the documents and remove the limitation
I just got one of those the other day. I had already verified my home address and bank account attached to my Premier Account. They have now asked me to verify a credit card - they charge £1 to my credit card, I tell them the 4-digit code on my card statement and hey presto my PayPal account is good again. One slight problem is that I have just received my credit card statement, so I'll have to wait a whole month for my next statement (containing the magic 4-digit code) to arrive. It's a bit of a cheek really - I mean I have already proved to the nosy bastards where I live and my bank account details.
i am from india and it take almost 14 days in my case.... so wait sometime... also next time you will not get this problem again if receive bigger payment...
I got a reply today. They want me to submit my Business Information, but I don't have a business! What do I do?! Damnit!
No, I didn't. I have a Premier account for some reason. And I just looked at my accounts limits and it says: Amount of Limit: €2,500.00 EUR Remaining: €1,309.68 EUR Reset date: Oct. 25, 2008 If that has anything to do with it...
One of my friend have once faced the same problem, and got the same email. Read out the email complelty they have mentioned in the email that wrtie ' individual' if you don't have any business. Open your paypal, click over the resolution page and then click over the submit business information, you will get a form type page where you have to enter the required information, The first pace will ask you for company name, you havt to write individual there, and the remaining options are very easy to fill/write. Its just a formality, and only yuor first option is important for paypal, In the end i will say that send all the documents to paypal, and they will respond to you within 3 to 4 weks, qnd your qccount will be restored within the same time, mine accouint took; 3 to 4 weeks and now its completly restored. If you feel any kind of problem, then PM me i wil surely help you out of this problem. Hope that helps!! Regards: Arif
Well, it will be much simple for you guys to add a card to your account as I have. It more safe and I can send as much as I want.
I already have a card attached to my account... I see now that they have changed the look of the business information page since the last time I looked at it. Perhaps it can be solved now when I can enter some other information...
you can enter the information as far as it available in the resolution center page, i think later it doesn't needs anychages, i guess you can later modify it from your profile page.
If you don't have a business account but a premium just write down your own name and as individual and everything should go smooth. I had the same thing and it got resolved (within a week or so) even tho I had provided business information since the beginning.
