A number of issues: 1) 99.9% uptime is actually 20% uptime. Server is almost always not working 2) "Unmetered 100 mbps Premium Bandwidth Transfer" is actually 8Mbit capped line. If you ask him why this is, he'll tell you he forgot to mention that it's shared, which means he caps it at 8Mbit/sec - you download at MAX 1MB/sec. He told me, and I quote: "If anyone thinks 100 mbps unmetered dedicated costs $15 he is no doubt a noob." 1Gbit connection is metered and limited. 3) Forget about the 30-day money back guarantee. It'll never happen. I asked for a refund 3 hours after purchasing. They just hide behind hidden lines in the T&C saying "you agreed to everything there. It is NO where written 100 mbit dedicated unmetered. Unmetered means it can be both shared or dedicated if nothing is written. If you do not know it I am sorry. You can keep to call scammer, but you will no where get 100 Mbps unmetered dedicated at $15. You agreed to the terms which clearly states there is no refund on upgrades.

Your customer support even told me: "You will get less than 1MB/sec download with unmetered account" That's false advertising right there and straight out lying. ToC or no Toc - you're lying and scamming your customers. The only reason I signed up with you is because you promised me a faster line. You'll say anything so that people will buy and upgrade. 8Mbit/sec capped is NOT 100Mbit shared, no matter what the price. Giving a lower price does not a allow you to state whatever you like. As for it being a good price - that's your opinion. You don't get to decide for other people if it's worth their money. I decided that it's not worth the money - however that was too late since you don't allow refunds if someone decides to upgrade. YOU DONT DECIDE WHATS A GOOD DEAL FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS! You must provide HONEST information about that product you're selling - especially since you don't abide to the refund policy you're promising. The 100 mbps unmetered is shared, average speed is 10 mbit on unmetered. We follow our terms which clearly says refund is not possible on upgrades.
