I am considering selling www.eurofind.biz as I need money to invest in other projects and I dont have the time or the technical competence to develop it like it should myself. I think it got a great potential, but will need a competent person or company to develop it.

Description: European Business Directory that use the IndexU script to sort listings. Only AdSense income today, but should be set up with payment for listings, sponsored submission and sponsoring category-wide. Site is hosted in Norway today and should have been hosted in the UK or Germany maybe.

SEO: It got quite a lot of links from different C-class IPs, so it is possible to add site-wide links from other sites and get a real boost. But what the site needs is more content added every day + good desciptions. Good rankings, but dropped a bit after the site was hacked a few weeks ago and site was dead for a couple of days.

Traffic: 2181 uniques, 13077 pageviews (September), 990 so far this month (10 days)

Search Engines: Googlebot, Inktomi and MSNbot visit the site everyday.

Indexed: 16,600 pages indexed in Google, 4700 in Yahoo.

Needs: Someone to add listings daily and write good descriptions of sites. Payment solution for listings.

Reason for selling: Unfortunately, I urgently need cash for investment in another project.

Yes, I am using IndexU 3.2 from www.nicecoder.com with some modifications.

Is there some kink of annual licensing fee?

 

No, it is a lifetime license for 3.2, 3.3 (soon to be relaesed) and 4.0 (future version in development) version.

 

Update

Unique visitors so far this month is 2592 and a total amount of visits is 4479. Number of PageViews is 17947 excluding robots.

I also updated the AdSense advertising and put it on more pages, so will prolly see some better CTR now.

I had one click on AdSense yesterday that went for USD 1,12.

Updated traffic for october:

Unique visitors: 2827
Number of visits: 4932
PageViews: 19309

The site still really ranks very well for any search term with "europe" in it and about 50% of the top 50 search phrases include the word "europe".

Traffic for unique visitors is up almost 50% from last month and I have not even been adding new listings daily.
