    here is my problem:

i go to http://www.eurodns.com/, check a dot asia domain. It is available and then i add cart and completed check out.
The status of domain is pending because they required a ced contact, i filled out the missing information and the status change to ready for submission.
    everything is fine huh ?

no, after one day, my domain is disappear. I waited three days, but no update. Email support, the first email has no answer and the second (after the 1st one day) received this:

what the heck ? i checked this domain on their site, it is available, i purchase it, and now they say is has been registered. They don't ask or tell me anything. Just when i email they say it is registered and refund.

So if you have received a refund, move on. Shit happens. Accept it.

You are lucky to get the refund. They have not refunded me yet.
Is anybody has a problem with them? I have plenty. Now regret using their service.

Couldn't agree more with daytrade. EuroDNS has the most complicated system of pre-registration using auctions which seems to be designed to drive the price of names up artificially. And it doesn't bloody work!

I applied and paid for a .asia name which was accepted as pending, requiring proof of a local presence. Supplied details and was accepted.

    Nothing happened, no registration.
Two weeks later, informed the name is not available.

Re-applied using my credit for another name (after checking with support that this was in order).

Again, acceptance then a week later told 'timeout'. The credit was not applied so I lost the name.

Complained. No satisfactory answers. There is no simple way to buy a domain name! But they are happy to take your money.

When you ask for a refund it's up to 30 days less a EUR11.50 fee on a 36.00 CC transaction.

Never again. It's 'Eurocracy' gone mad.

They are not scammers, many domainers use them for European names but I think they have not enough skilled people.

But it seems that they know how to steal domains ;)

    I don't have any domain/experience there.

Hm, I'm not sure they have actually stolen the names in the mentioned cases.
But it happens often that they behave not very adequately.

I think there is a way to get your money back but there is some kind of tax so it is not worth.
As written in this international domain names review, the main benefit using EuroDNS is that they offer a lot of extensions in one place with overall good prices and almost constant discounts for many of the extensions. But the service itself is not the greatest really. I use them but I also would prefer if they were better.
