EU ENVATO TAXES NEED HELP

    Hi.
    I found this document on the Dutch taxes forum. Is this true?
    Being a freelancer (based in EU) and selling my stuff via Envato (based in Australia) I have to pay all taxes in EU myself? Really?!
    What now. EU tax authorities will make me pay for all the project I've done since 2013??

    Get an accountant or a professional tax advisor.
    Are you paying income tax in Australia?
    You need to be paying it somewhere. As you have a business don't forget to claim back your expenses

    that letter has shitty English, i would say it is fake... confirm the address, phone number and payment info is legit.
