Actually they're registering domains just for trademarks holders and company names. The sunrise period should end the 7th of April

So how can someone pre-register sex.eu? Surely no-one has the rights to that?! So I suppose once the sunrise period is over its going to be a "free for all" getting a decent name?

Amaze - sex.eu is one of the domains with the most applicants (or at least it was the last time I looked)

If someone has a trademark, then they could claim a prior right. Ultimately it will be PWC who decide, as they are carrying out the validation for EurID

They don't have anything to do with dispute resolution. Disputes are being handled by the Czech Arbitration Court but ultimately may be appealed in a court of law.

I never said they had anything to do with disputes. They're acting as the validation agent. Apologies if that made it sound like they were also dealing with the more complex area of disputes.
